Traditional & Digital Caricature Entertainment for Events
Live caricature is a natural process, and maximum speed is achieved after the first few drawings. Portrait time depends on the model's complexity and how many details I need to add (glasses, beards, hats, etc.). Usually, drawing kids is faster, and drawing adults is slower.
After my first drawing, I usually already have people waiting, and I get very busy. I mostly draw single portraits, which are the quickest, and work with groups of people on A3-size paper when asked.
Above all, I focus on quality and delivering a great time to your guests.

Basic Requirements for a Successful Event
Reasonable lighting in the drawing area is required; a place close to a window or a light source is best. Decent ambient lighting is also acceptable. If the general light is drastically reduced during the event, for dancing, for example, please ensure that the drawing area still has sufficient light so I can see my model.

Outdoors, a shaded area is a must and a minimum of 20°C. Sunlight can be very powerful, and its reflection on paper can make the drawing process very challenging or impossible. The drawing process outdoors can be affected also by heat, cold, wind, and humidity, which can alter the paper quality.
Digital Caricature
Indoors only - Sunlight can reduce screen visibility severely. Also, the electronic equipment can be sensitive to rain and humidity. The small printing format is suitable mostly for single portraits. Please check my "Traditional B&W Caricatures" service for multiple portraits.

Why do I need to arrive earlier?
I always arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour early to discuss every detail and to be sure we can set up the event in the best way.
* If necessary, I can help with choosing the best place for drawing.
* I display some drawings, usually on a table, for your guests to know what to expect.
* Changing clothes, washing hands after travelling, etc.
* Photos and video recordings of the live caricature event can be taken with the permission of your guests for my art business, and as a nice memory for them. For this purpose, in some cases, a camera tripod can be installed.

My aim is to make your guests happy by delivering the best live art experience. This means great portraits for as many people as possible. The most effective way of drawing caricatures live is by sitting - a conclusion after hundreds of live caricature events.
Walking around is most of the time not necessary because of the high demand for my drawings during live events; moreover, it can be a waste of precious time, and it can also severely decrease the speed and quality of the drawing process.
However, I can approach guests to invite them for a caricature and move around with my drawing board if needed - for instance, if people move to the terrace.
Your logo & branding
I'm happy to print a logo or text in black and white on 10 sheets for every hour booked for the event free of charge. The logo or text can be printed at the bottom of the page on the A4-size paper I use for single portraits. Unfortunately, I can't print on the A3-size paper I use for multiple portraits.
Alternatively, I'm happy to add stickers featuring your logo or other symbols, provided by you.
