When booking, please note that not all guests typically request a drawing - many simply enjoy watching the experience unfold.
Booking Enquiry
Please provide the following details by email:
1. Event date – so I can confirm availability.
2. Venue full address – to ensure the location falls within my travel area.
3. Drawing start and finish times – I arrive early to set up, so I’m ready to start drawing at the agreed time.
Soon after, an email will be sent to you with the full event information, availability and quoted price. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.

I accept only one event booking per day, allowing me to dedicate my full attention to each client and every detail of their event.
From preparation and travel to set-up and drawing, your event receives the time, care and attention required to deliver an exceptional experience and the highest quality artwork.

Cancellation Policy
* If you need to cancel your booking, any payment made - excluding the deposit - will be refunded.
* In the unlikely event that we must cancel, the full amount paid, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.
* If full payment is not made in advance as agreed, the live caricature event will be considered cancelled, and any payment made, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.
